A quick character guide of Marla for Endling's OC contest. I've been drawing her for years, it's about time I used her in something.
And now, all the boring character info stuff! Name: Marla Height: 5'6"-ish Age: 20-something Attitude: Snarky and irritable, but all together good natured. But cross her and she'll tear you in two (not literally ...usually). Likes: Long, boring books; getting to beat up criminals/villains/monsters; romantic comedies (but don't tell anyone); to be left to her own devices (too much authority only gets in the way). Dislikes: Overly excited people; happy, shiny rainbows and unicorns and all that fuzzy wuzzy girl stuff; people who steal from or use others (you don't fight crime if you love criminals). Powers: Her powers consist of the extra "limbs" growing out of back, which she can control, extend, retract (even all the way into her back), etc. The limbs possess enhanced strength, are quick and durable, and reform if severed or injured (provided Marla herself is in good enough condition to regrow them). Marla herself (sans extra limbs) is a regular human with no special powers, aside from being in great physical shape and possessing government combat training (along with some good ol' fashion angst-fueled aggression). |
